§6.1 Additions and Subscriptions |
| Additions §4.4 and Subscriptions §4.2 are deposited in the Unicorn Macro Fund, LP Escrow Account §2.2 and remain there until the Next Main Trade §5.9. For bookkeeping purposes, upon the Next Main Trade, Additions and Subscriptions are credited to the beginning balance of a new Annualized Capital Account §6.5 for the Fund as well as for the contributing Limited Partner. Additions and Subscriptions are assumed to be made on the first day of the month. |
