Unicorn Pairs Fund, LP applies a 10% Hurdle Rate. It is the rate of return the Fund must exceed before Unicorn Capital Partners, LLC receiving the full Management Fee (§ 3.5) of the AUM of the Limited Partners and Performance Fee (§ 3.6).
