The Investment Manager of the Unicorn Macro Fund, LP is Unicorn Capital Partners, LLC which exercises ultimate Authority over the Fund §3.2. The Limited Partners shall have no authority or right to act on behalf of the Unicorn Macro Fund, LP in connection with any matter. The Investment Manager has the right to delegate some of its responsibilities, including the responsibility of administrative and auditing services to suitable parties that will be compensated by the Investment Manager.
