A Limited Partner reports on their individual income tax return their distributive share of the Fund’s profits and/or losses each year. The Unicorn Macro Fund, LP reports its income on an information return (Form 1065). The Fund reports to each individual Limited Partner their share the Fund’s profits and/or losses on Schedule K-1, Form 1065. The Limited Partner’s profits and/or losses are considered ordinary income for tax reporting purposes. In Section §7.0 a detailed description of Taxes is provided.
